GUU Craziness

This picture is the exact scene outside GUU Izakaya described in my last post. I was not over exaggerating! Coincidently the night Jeff and I went, so did a camera from The Globe & Mail. You can sorta see me in the middle, I'm wearing my signature newsboy hat. Anyway the Globe reviewed GUU saying "Toronto hasn't seen an eatery this fun since 1974" and a subsequent article about crazy restaurant lineups. Here is a link to both -

To my surprise, my family and a few friends were upset I tried out the restaurant without them. One comment left on my facebook, from my friend Johnnie read - "WHAT!? GUU went with out us?"
