iQ Food Co.

One of the most satisfying take-out places in the downtown core, iQ Food Co. offers friendly service and visually pleasing/healthy meals in a box.  Located in the lower food court at York and Wellington, they also offer salads, soups and wraps, but the hot boxes are definitely the draw.  Before you go, take a look at the menu here, and scroll over the name of the dish you want, to see the nutritional value.  Pictured below are the lima (grilled chicken, white cheddar, avocado, corn, black beans, grape tomatoes, cilantro, brown rice and a chili lime sauce), the marathon and the miso miso.  With tax each box comes to $10.00.
