Ithaca, NY - Farmers Market & Sweet Melissa's

If you find yourself in Ithaca, NY, the local farmers market is a must visit.  Wonderful bakery, fruit and vegetable, flower and arts and crafts booths (150 of them) line both sides of the outdoor shaded market.  And when it comes to the food stands, there is plenty of choice including - noodles, healthy burritos and flatbread pizzas.  So stay for lunch and sit by the lake. 

    

Sweet Melissa's, a slightly hidden soft serve ice cream shop, delivered one of the best 'swirl' cones we've ever had.  Be sure to find it.
