Pizza Libretto - University
Pizza Libretto on University (just south of Adelaide) is another welcome addition to Toronto's growing financial district food scene. This is the third location of the popular pizza joint and unlike their original outpost on Ossington (which still sees long wait times), University takes reservations (as does their Danforth location).
Not to be missed is their $15 lunch prix fixe (only offered Monday through Friday) that includes either a caprese or arugula salad, a margherita or marinara pizza, and biscotti or gelato for dessert.
Libretto has an extensive wine list but if you're in the mood to try something different - order a glass of the 2011 Gragnano (a lightly sparkling red served chilled) that the restaurant describes as "the most authentic Neapolitan pizza pairing." How could you go wrong.
